I stayed in a queen room with a comfy bed, air conditioning, and an iron, the location was great being close to shopping areas, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

the tub drain plug didn't work... very difficult to use it for a bath...

Its location is comfortable and absolutely perfect to the Pittsburgh area. The employees are very friendly and responsive.

The room amenities include a safe box, multi-channel television, and a microwave, situated in a convenient location.

The bathroom was unacceptable you can hear the people next door to you making noises and talking. The price for the hotel was outrageous they never told us that they were undergoing renovation I think that's very poor customer service.

The hotel itself was bright and attractive. The staff was super friendly, providing a friendly service. The location was marvelous and absolutely perfect for Pittsburgh, next to several restaurants and the subway line.

Excellent front desk staff. Friendly and helpful. Room was very clean in all areas.

The room was cool and didn't warm up quickly after turning up the thermostat. The heating unit was loud and there were no extra blankets to add to the bed if needed. TV picture not good at times due to high winds perhaps that night (?Dish )

Rooms very accommodating and comfortable and prices were very reasonable. The location was perfect for our needs as we there for a memorial service for my mother at bethel Presbyterian church

It is disheartening to check in and see staff wearing coats and gloves while working because of the renovations. I felt sorry for them but they maintained a smile. Realize there was a snowstorm but the parking lot wasn't plowed. Being from Erie where we deal with a lot of snow it was an unacceptable plowing job.

The staff here is very helpful and the location is comfortable, just 19 miles from the airport, perfect for my needs.

I loved being on the top floor & I loved having the fireplace in my room.

The bathtub was filthy so I had to clean it before I could take a shower.

Location is prime for visiting family for us. Mall and shops and restaurants very close by. The staff is excellent... Pittsburgh friendly. Had to call about a late night noisy neighbor once and the staff took care of it and they quieted immediately.

Their grill breakfast buffet is overpriced and not very good, but there are lots of good places to get breakfast within driving distance. Although under construction in the lobby, the hotel is clean and quiet. For the price it's a deal.
